Finmatica is making his way on the New Market

The shareholders’ Finmatica, which met today, approved the transfer of title to the New Market. The company will promote Brescia at the Italian Stock Exchange to begin the formal procedures bureaucratic operation. The transition to the new market system will increase marketability of the title. The Assembly has also announced that it will not distribute dividends to shareholders by allocating the profits entirely to investments in the development of the company. E ‘provided however, that in the next three years be distributed to shareholders on 20%, 30% and 40% of the profits of the exercises.
